Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items at Evan Red. Should you need a different colour or item, you can always return the items you purchased. Just return the purchased items and order the right item(s) in our webshop.
Return Policy Evan Red
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt. Within that term, you can examine the items and try them as you would in a shop.
The items must be returned in the same condition as sent (meaning undamaged and unused) with tags still attached. The customer will be held accountable for any decrease in value caused by improper use of the items, meaning different to the use that would be expected in a shop. There may be additional costs.
The costs for returning the items are for the account of the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the items he or she wishes to return. If you are living in the Netherlands: a standard PostNL package costs about €6.95. If you are living abroad: the shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of your package. We advise you to ship the items by registered mail with proof of posting.
Return shipments are at the customer’s risk. This implies that Evan Red cannot be held liable for damaged and/or lost return shipments. That is why you should always ask for a proof of posting receipt at the post office. Please note: keep this proof of posting receipt in a safe place until the refund for your returned items has been processed. It namely proves that you have indeed returned the items.

How can I return my purchase?
You can return you purchase to us by parcel post. It is important to use THIS return form to make sure that your return is processed as quickly and accurately as possible. Complete the form and include it with your return. Now ship your return. That’s it! Please note: the costs for returning items will be for the account of the customer.
